Ghost is a great place to publish documentation

— except that most themes are blogs. kpab-docs turns your tags into sections and your posts into pages, and adds what readers of docs expect:

  • Sidebar navigation built from your tags. Choose the section order and page order in Design settings.
  • “On this page” table of contents that follows your reading position.
  • Copy button and syntax highlighting on every code block (15 languages bundled).
  • Search with Ghost’s built-in engine. Cmd/Ctrl+K, or press /. No external service, no API keys.
  • Dark mode — automatic, or a toggle your readers control.
  • Previous / Next page links inside each section.
  • Responsive: a drawer on phones, a two-column layout on laptops, a three-column layout on wide screens.

Built for Ghost 6 and validated with Ghost’s official theme checker (gscan: 0 errors). Works with Ghost’s typography, comments, members and newsletter settings out of the box.

FAQ

Does it work on Ghost(Pro)?

Yes. Upload the zip in Settings → Design → Change theme.

Do I need to touch code?

No. Section order, page order, TOC depth, colors and homepage layout are theme settings.

Can I use it on several sites?

Single Site covers one site; Unlimited covers any number, including client sites.

Refunds?

If it does not install on a supported Ghost version and we cannot fix it within 14 days, full refund.
